What can we say? You're using a totally shit outdated browser, that may also make our website look sh!t and not work properly.
Do yourself a favour and please upgrade to a slightly less sh!t browser: Internet Explorer 7+.
Or an absolutely brilliant browser: Mozilla Firefox 3+.

have had numerous problems with Talk Talk. The latest being that my Internet connection kept dropping so called their technical support many times to eventually be told that Talk Talk does not guarantee me a connection! So when I asked what I was paying for they told me I was not actually paying for the Internet, just my phone line as that's how it worked out in the bundle I was in.
I was then told that as they could not fix my problem I could cancel without having the charges of an early cancellation.

A month on I have received a bill for £90.22 cancellation fee! I called to ask why the credit had not been put no and was told there was no notes or evidence that this was ever agreed. I was told her suporvior was busy and would not take my call but would call me back in 8 hours. No call.

I then called the next day in my lunch break at work. The call was similar and when transferring me from billing to the loyalty team who could apparently deal with my call I was cut off. This happened a further three times!

I finally got through to the right person who said there was again no notes to say this. I got quite impatient and asked her to look again. She mysteriously found the notes and said she would arrange for the credit to take place. This would need to be approved by her suporvisor within 8 hours (again!) and that I had to call the next day to confirm that it went through and to get the £10 my account balance went over by transferred into my back account. I had asked for some sort of evidence that this has been done but she could not give me a reference number or a n email.
I called the following day to hear that there where again no notes of this nature! The credit was not on there and that I had to make payment to them today!!

She then proceeded to look again at the notes and again mysteriously found the notes. The credit was waiting to be authorised by a manager that had tried to call me but couldn't get through. They called me on my landline! Which had been cancelled a month previous!!!!! I had even said to them jokingly the day before not to call my landline as it was no longer in use!

She said I would have to wait for a call back and there was not a manager about at the time. I got angry and demanded to speak with a manager NOW. I am now on hold waiting for a manager...........
